Refund Policy

 

Typically there will be no refunds or credits for any of our services, setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions. All Sales are final. There will also be no refunds on any of our coaching products.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied within 30 days of purchasing any of our digital products other than any of our coaching products and consulting services, simply submit a refund request to contactme@hilarydefreitas.com with “Refund an Order” in the subject line. If your refund request is approved you will be required to delete all digital video, audio, and text files you received from us, also you will be removed from the membership area and access to any other online communities etc.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, you must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund.
