Yes I’ve seen it, it’s happened to me countless times and I HATE IT!
I also hate when other people encourage their team members to do it.

It’s all about being HUMAN and developing a relationship the same way you’d do in person.
Just because you’re on social media doesn’t mean that you lose your human touch.
