I’m excited about today’s training. Now I know you’re a busy entrepreneur who knows the importance of social media but you’ve found yourself having to pull back because you don’t have all the resources or all the time. So today’s training we’re talking about some social media tools that make life a little easier.

Now we all know that social media could get a little overwhelming especially when you think that you’ve got to be on every social media channel. But there are tools that I’ve used over the years and some of these to assist other clients really get a handle on the “social media forest.” Some of them I’ve used constantly and others not so much. But this list is pretty comprehensive.

I found that this list seemed very comprehensive and even if you can’t find these or if you don’t like these specific ones that I’m going to be sharing with you today, you can always definitely look for competitors.

Categories of Social Media Tools

If we really think most social media tools they are divided into specific categories that help you take your marketing from conceptual idea, design and creation to distribution and follow up.

Basically a lot of the tools that you’re going to be using fall into these five categories

  1. Project Management
  2. Design (Graphics and Videos)
  3. Content Distribution and Management
  4. Research
  5. Analytics

And when you think of social media tools, we think of the scheduling tools, we think of being able to manage comments and chats and all of those types of things and having the calendar in front of us. Well that’s not always the only thing that you need for social media.

If you start with the end in mind, you’ll actually be starting on the type of tools that you want to be able to measure and track. These will be your analytic tools, then research tools, scheduling tools, design both graphics, and video. And then there’s project management tools.
